Information we process
The site may process basic server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and request time for security and reliability.
Analytics
If you choose Accept in the cookie banner, the site uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to count visits and see which pages are read. It records the pages you open, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. The advertising features of Google Analytics are switched off.
If you choose No thanks, Google Analytics is not loaded and it sets no cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Google describes how it handles this data in its privacy policy.
Messages and subscriptions
Information submitted through a contact or newsletter form is used only for the stated purpose. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
The site keeps two settings in your browser: your color-theme preference and your answer to the cookie banner. We ask for that answer again after six months. Google Analytics sets its cookies (_ga and _ga_9ELRDYRLDT, kept for up to two years) only after you choose Accept, and choosing No thanks later removes them. Advertising or affiliate integrations may require additional disclosure and consent before activation.
Retention and security
Operational logs are retained only as needed for security and troubleshooting. Google Analytics keeps visit data for 14 months. Reasonable technical controls are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
